The project is the renovation of a boiler house within a cigarette factory. The factory is closed down and is planned to be transformed into a closed down and is planned to be transformed into a hub of creative industrial like fashion design and coworking space. This boiler house would be transfered into a creative community center, for different activities like lecture, exhibition and dancing party.
